The Tiffany name is synonymous with luxury.  Join us for this peek behind the scenes to explore the 1837 founding by Charles Lewis Tiffany of the jewelry store, Tiffany & Co., and the subsequent founding by his son, Louis Comfort Tiffany, of Tiffany Studios, known for its leaded-glass lamps, mosaics, stained-glass windows, and luxury objects.  Many of the items produced by Tiffany Studios were designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany -- himself a talented fine artist, craftsman and jewelry designer.  He also brought scientists into the company to help revolutionize glassmaking.  We learn how his contributions, along with that of other artists, artisans, craftsmen and designers, transformed Tiffany & Co. and Tiffany Studios into the iconic companies they are today.
