I am a member, how can I login if I don't know my username / password?

You can retrieve your Username or change your Username and Password, click here.

How do I check if I have a membership?

Log-in -> click the Membership menu, if you see an Active collapsible panel it means you already purchased one. And click Manage to check or update your current membership information.

I am new, how do I become a member?

• If you have not been a member to LLI, click the Start Here link at the top.
• If you have been a member before or purchased a membership before, you may have already a historical account with us. Just do the forgot password process from above.
