F2636 Timeless, Nostalgic, and Forever
Class | Registration opens Monday, September 14, 2026 10:00 AM EDT
One of the greatest books ever written is not a literary book at all. It is the Great American Songbook, the canon of the most influential, popular, timeless, and enduring American songs. With this new presentation, we’ll learn about a few unknown or lesser-known composers and lyricists whose output is every bit as good as Rodgers, Arlen, Porter, and Gershwin. These are the Other Guys. We’ll listen to their songs, the best of the best, performed by the stars of yesterday and today.
