S2631 A Critique of Ethics in the Law & Media

Class | Registration opens Monday, March 16, 2026 10:00 AM EDT

This lecture examines serious ethical failings in both the legal system and the media—two professions that profoundly shape and influence American democracy. Drawing from Falbaum’s recent book, Truths About the Truth Seekers, the session explores real-world examples that reveal how ethical lapses affect public trust and democratic institutions. The book has received endorsements from respected voices in law and journalism, including the renowned Cato Institute. Participants will be encouraged to think critically about ethics, accountability, and the pursuit of truth.
