While aging is inevitable, how we experience it can be shaped by how we care for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This class explores practical ways to manage anxiety and promote healthier aging by addressing daily stressors—such as caregiving, financial concerns, and social or political uncertainty. Learn how mindful adjustments can improve overall health, reduce anxiety, and support continued growth and purpose in later life. Through thoughtful discussion and reflection, participants will discover strategies to live with greater calm, resilience, and vitality.
