F2507 Active Assailant Training
Class | Registration opens Monday, September 15, 2025 10:00 AM EDT
Active Assailant Training is a comprehensive presentation designed to prepare individuals for how to respond during an active assailant situation. The training outlines the roles and responsibilities of the public, strategies for personal protection, and what to expect from law enforcement during a response. Participants are introduced to three primary response options: evacuate, lock down, or counter. The primary objective is to raise awareness and help individuals mentally prepare for the possibility of encountering such a situation. In moments of crisis, inaction can be the most dangerous choice. The training may also include optional scenario-based exercises to reinforce these principles.
