Class | Registration opens Monday, March 10, 2025 10:00 AM EST
Plastics are everywhere in people’s homes and lives. Many people think that they are helping to eliminate this problem by recycling or reusing plastic materials. It is a common belief that the numbers on plastic containers ensure proper recycling. These numbers are one of the lies perpetuated by plastic companies. Research explains how these lies and the exponential increase in plastic production endanger the world’s environment and human health. The ways individuals can fight this toxic invasion will be presented along with calls to action from the organization Beyond Plastics.
