This will be an interactive discussion of recent Supreme Court decisions and the direction of the Court. There will also  be a review of doctrine and precedent that seems to be well-settled. An important part of the presentation will  be questions and comments from the audience.

Sedler, Robert

Robert A. Sedler is a recently retired constitutional law professor at Wayne State University. He was one of the lawyers for the plaintiffs in DeBoer v. Snyder. He has published extensively on constitutional law subjects including a book, “Constitutional Law in the United States” (4th ed. 2019). He is a frequent SOAR lecturer.
