Seasoned instructors who are also active practitioners and brokers in the industry teach this interactive course. Our energetic instructors employ the latest teaching tools and technology to ensure you have the opportunity to receive the most benefit from your tuition investment into your education.
- A student who is wanting to obtain their Real Estate License is required to complete 90 hours of education, pass the course exam and pass the state exam. The 90 hours is broken down into two courses; a 60 hour Pre-Licensing course and a 30 hour Advanced course. Students are allowed to take them separately or back to back. Students will be tested on the 60 hour Pre-Licensing course only. The student has the option of taking the 60 hour course and state exam and then taking the additional 30 hour Advanced course OR the student can take the full 90 hours before taking the state exam. Although the student cannot obtain their Real Estate License prior to completing the 90 hours, the students can take these separately in order to spread out the expense of the courses. If absolutely needed, Pinnacle will work with students on payment plans.

Jennifer Nicely
Jennifer Nicely is a native North Carolinian and lived in the Charlotte area for 10 years where she sold real estate. She currently resides in North Myrtle Beach with her son and dog. Jennifer has been in the Real Estate industry since 2004 and has held several titles throughout her career including; Realtor/Broker, Broker In Charge, Instructor, Speaker, CEO, Owner of Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, Consultant and Mentor. For 6 years she was a part of a team who had 20+ years of experience. While she was pregnant she held a position with corporate Prudential in the Denver branch where she taught classes for new and veteran agents.
Jennifer is a successful business woman who has grown a business from the grass roots to a six figure company. She is commissioned to speak and train at Real Estate Firms and offers a six month mentorship program for selected individuals. She has a special interest in entrepreneurship, teaching, operating and developing businesses. Her high-touch style of service and her on-call attitude to responding to customer and student needs have made her t
