ADVANCED LICENSING - WEEKEND / SAT-SUN

Advanced Licensing | Registration closed 5/3/2025

PREA’s Advanced Licensing Salespersons course is designed to go beyond the principles of Real Estate that were taught in your Pre-License course and give you the real-world application skills that will enhance your ability to be successful out in the market. Our exciting, advanced-licensing course is designed to teach the latest themes and topics in a student-friendly format, which includes major subjects such as Agency & Disclosure, Measurements & Valuation, Contracts, Ethics and Fair Housing. These courses may be taken in ANY ORDER, separately or together but all 5 are required by law to obtain your ACTIVE Real Estate License. The student can complete the Advanced course prior or post Pre-Licensing course and the state exam can be taken prior or post Advanced course.

  • A student who is wanting to obtain their Real Estate License is required to complete 90 hours of education, pass the course exam and pass the state exam. The 90 hours is broken down into two courses; a 60 hour Pre-Licensing course and a 30 hour Advanced course. Students are allowed to take them separately or back to back. Students will be tested on the 60 hour Pre-Licensing course only. The student has the option of taking the 60 hour course and state exam and then taking the additional 30  hour Advanced course OR the student can take the full 90 hours before taking the state exam. Although the student cannot obtain their Real Estate License prior to completing the 90 hours, the students can take these separately in order to spread out the expense of the courses. If absolutely needed, Pinnacle will work with students on payment plans.
