Home builders, residential property contractors including but not limited to remodelers, swimming pool contractors, garage builders and inspectors work together under the EPSC Ordinance. This class allows the residential property contractors to understand what the inspector is looking for, and the EPSC methods that need to be installed. Home builders and residential property contractors completing this class may contact the Louisville Home Builders Association to receive two hours of professional development credit. Please Note: Participants attending courses at the Home Builders' Association must register with the Louisville Learns Program to receive MSD / EPSC Certification. ALSO: Regarding MSD/EPSC Home Builders’ classes that are scheduled to be held at the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIAGL): If you are not currently a member of the BIAGL, and have registered for a Home Builders’ EPSC class held at the BIAGL location, there will be an additional BIAGL $60 program service fee, due on the day of class and payable to the BIAGL upon admission. $75
