Developed in China centuries ago, the formal name of this technique is T'ai Chi Chuan, loosely translated to "supreme ultimate boxing". Shortened to T'ai Chi, many versions of this discipline are practiced daily throughout the world.

Learn the Yang Style of T'ai Chi- often described as meditation in motion. Taught as a mind-body exercise, this philosophy incorporates slow, gentle movements and breathing with focused attention toward both internal and external wellbeing. Benefits include better balance, flexibility, stamina and blood pressure, as well as more centered mental health. T'ai Chi is very adaptable to those with limited joint motion and can be modified to fit your personal needs.

Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes for ease of movement.
