Join author and historian Bryan Bush as he takes you on a unique journey through Kentucky history weaving in stories of many great people. Spanning from the mid-1700's to current time enjoy hearing st how these folks and others like Loretta Lynn, Jesse Stuart, Happy Chandler, and Muhammed Ali became famous.

  • Metered parking is available on Muhammed Ali, First Street, and Chestnut Street. Paid parking in the YMCA Garage is available on Second Street. Please enter Ahrens Educational Resource Center through the front doors, located on First Street. The lecture will be offered in room 105 on the first floor.

Bryan Bush is a native of Louisville, holding a Master of Arts in Western Civilization History with a particular interest in the Civil War. A prolific author, Bryan has published over 13 titles and is a member of many Civil War historical preservation societies and round tables. he is currently a board member for the Louisville Historical Leauge and the official Civil War tour guide for Cave Hill Cemetary.
