Come join us and discover new foods, cooking techniques and how to be creative in the kitchen. Wow your friends and family with your skills and cuisine knowledge. Be an IB risk taker and open your mind about international foods. Learn about food safety, food handling, table setting/manners and design your own cookbook! Each week students will get to create and make breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers and dessert dishes. Along with cooking, grilling, and sauteing the students will make useful kitchen crafts that complement the lesson. Each student will decorate their own apron, placemat, and recipe book. Each week we will have a different theme. All the food used in the kitchen will be made from scratch. Students will be responsible for washing their own dishes, cleaning up the kitchen, and composting leftovers to make our experience as eco-friendly as possible. 

Week 3: Americana. Young chefs will make meatloaf, mac n cheese, homemade French fries and cupcakes that they will decorate themselves!
