Staying steady on your feet is essential for overall well-being. In this interactive session, you'll learn easy-to-apply strategies to improve balance, enhance stability, and reduce the risk of falls. Through guided exercises and simple techniques you can continue at home, you'll learn ways to strengthen key muscle groups, improve coordination, and move with greater assurance in your daily life. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.

Hannah Willcutt

Hannah Willcutt is the owner of Valley Roots Physical Therapy, a mobile physical therapy clinic serving the Kearsarge Valley. She is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College and Northeastern University. Since graduating from Northeastern in 2020, she has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting, specializing in treating athletes, aging individuals and individuals with pelvic floor impairments. Hannah is an everyday athlete who enjoys lifting heavy things as well as all of the outdoor adventures the Kearsarge Valley has to offer.
