This Advanced Drawing class builds on itself; it starts with observational exercises and slowly challenges students to use all forms of life as a tool for making their work more deliberate and personal. This class is reading/writing/drawing-heavy. This is not a class for beginners: It is designed for the serious student who is ready to engage in problem-solving and processes. Students will be expected to work on assignments and engage in discussions and critiques during class.
- Please note this class is nine weeks long (no class on October 1).
- Your instructor has provided a list of materials required to participate fully in this class.

Students may also bring their own paper and drawing materials and supplement with the supply list as they see fit.
