This course teaches students the methods of creating a watercolor monotype. Additive and subtractive techniques will be implemented, and students will learn how to change the properties of watercolor for printing purposes, as well as how to print with and without a printing press.

This is a method of printmaking that is perfect for the artist that wants to experiment with color. This technique is accessible and a less toxic method to use at home, resulting in beautiful colors and textures.
Come learn a fun and exciting way to use your watercolors in a course that brings together watercolor painting, drawing, and printmaking!
