In this intermediate-level class, students will be challenged with a variety of approaches to contemporary drawing, through layering paper and experimenting with creative destruction techniques. As a result, students will create their own version of fantastical gardens through hybridizing drawings and expanding on the idea of what a garden can be. Historical and contemporary references will be used as students expand on their understanding of how to make a fantastical garden.
