Road Songs Inspired by Route 66
Class | Available (Membership Required)
To many of us, "Route 66" is one of the most iconic and popular songs ever. Using the premise there really is only one Route 66 song, this presentation is going to include other "road" songs inspired by "Route 66." Songs such as "On the Road Again," the "Theme from the Route 66" television show, "I've Been Everywhere," "Country Roads," and "I'm a Truck Drivin' Man." We will listen to and watch videos of "Maybelline," "Born to be Wild," and “Ventura Highway." And look for a few surprises!
