E-F4 Aspects of Prayer
Late 4 Week Class | Registration opens Saturday, August 1, 2026 12:00 AM
There are many ways that we may practice prayer as we avail ourselves to the presence of the Divine.
In this participatory class, we will consider four different aspects of prayer: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. We will learn some varied ways to pray using these four aspects as our focus. As a way of preparing, we will learn some meditation methods that will quiet our minds, our bodies, and our spirits for our practice time together. No previous experience is required and people of all faiths or no particular faith at all are welcomed.
