Join us for an online version of the Labor Studies certificate Internal Organizing class. This class will meet for 3 consecutive Wednesdays on April 7, 14, and 21 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm CST. This will count toward your Labor Studies certificate.
The class discusses ways to educate, organize, and mobilize the members such as collective action around grievances, confronting and overcoming divisions, one-on-one conversations with uninvolved members, contract campaigns, and building public solidarity through bargaining for the common good.

Steven Ashby
Prof. Ashby is a full clinical professor, with a Ph.D. in U.S. History from the University of Chicago, who has been teaching at the School of Labor and Employment Relations since 2007.
