Girls Empowerment is a safe space for girls to develop a sense of what empowerment looks like for themselves. This small-group will cover topics such as health, fitness, prevention/education, and self-esteem enhancement designed to meet the developmental needs of girls ages 7 & up.
Through various dynamic sessions, participatory activities, and mentoring; group members will explore their own perspectives along with societal attitudes and values as they build skills to empower themselves and others around them.
