Students will continue to strengthen their ballet technique, flexibility and performance levels.  Students will take on more demanding steps and complex sequences of movement in pursuit of technical skill, articulation, musicality, and expression. Students will be evaluated for pre-pointe and pointe work. All students must bring ballet and pointe shoes and leotards; gear details will be given when registration is completed. Class is 75 minutes.

  • If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, GHMS will notify parents one week in advance of the beginning of class.
  • Class size will be capped at 10 students.

  • Students must wear their class gear at all times. Girls should wear a black leotard, pink or skin toned footed ballet tights, and pink or skin toned ballet slippers (canvas or leather). Boys should wear black tights and white t-shirt with black ballet slippers (canvas or leather). Children who are gender expansive may wear whichever suits them. Note- tights and shoes must match (i.e. pink shoes/pink tights or skin tone shoes/skin tone tights). Ballet V: Black
