Students will continue to strengthen their ballet technique, flexibility, and performance. Combinations continue to increase in difficulty and students are challenged to further their retention skills. Emphasis is on the enjoyment of dance within the respect and discipline of classical ballet training. This level also prepares students for future pointe work. All students must bring ballet shoes and leotards; gear details will be given when registration is completed. Class is 75 minutes.

  • If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, GHMS will notify parents one week in advance of the beginning of class.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all students must wear masks.
  • Class size will be capped at 10.

  • Students must wear their class gear at all times. Girls should wear a burgundy leotard, pink or skin toned footed ballet tights, and pink or skin toned ballet slippers (canvas or leather). Boys should wear black tights and white t-shirt with black ballet slippers (canvas or leather). Children who are gender expansive may wear whichever suits them. Note- tights and shoes must match (i.e. pink shoes/pink tights or skin tone shoes/skin tone tights). For Ballet IV: Burgundy
