***By registering your child for the program, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated in City Gospel Mission's Youth Program Consent, Waiver and Release.***

Princesses Ballet is a free program offered by City Gospel Mission which provides ballet training to financially under-resourced girls ages 6-17 who otherwise would not have access to quality dance lessons.

*Based on the program description above, if you feel your daughter(s) does not meet the criteria described and you are interested in your daughter's participation, please contact Melissa at 513-429-1080 prior to completing this registration.*

We are pleased to invite your daughter to participate in our Princesses Ballet Summer Program (June 10, 2024 through August 9, 2024)! Princesses Ballet is a faith-based program that connects trained volunteers with girls who desire to learn the art of ballet. Princesses Ballet is focused on helping girls build character, self-esteem, discipline, and a love for dance.

***You can pick and choose throughout the summer what days work best for you and your family. However, PLEASE take advantage of this schedule as much as you can! Note: Those who come the most will have a better chance of passing the high quality/caliber auditions for the ToyMaker's Daughter Production in December which will be presented at the Aronoff Center.***

  • Location: Westwood First Presbyterian Church, 3326 Koenig Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211 (back entrance)

    Dance Clinic Schedule (June 10th-June 28th from 10:00am-2:00pm): All Are Welcomed
         - Beginners Dance Clinic
    **Week of June 10th (Monday-Friday) Doors open at 9:30am
    - All-Sites Clinic with Grace Shivers (retired Cincinnati Ballet ballerina)  
    **Week of June 17th (Monday-Saturday) Doors open at 9:30am
     - ToyMakers' Daughter Production Dance Clinic  
    **Week of June 23th (Monday-Friday) Doors open at 9:30am
       
    Regular Schedule (Summer Intensive) July 1st-August 9th
    -Mondays-Fridays 10:00am-8:00pm, 10:00am-2:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm (doors open at 9:30am and close at 8:00pm). For all Princesses who stay the entire day, there will be recreational time between 2:00pm-4:00pm.
    -Saturdays 9:30am-2:00pm

    ***Princesses should come prepared everyday: leotard, tights, ballet shoes or clean socks, water bottle and a lunch. Also, have your Princess(es) hair up in a bun and no hanging jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, earrings).**
