Finneytown Whiz Kids program is a faith-based after-school literacy program in partnership with City Gospel Mission to provide 1:1 tutoring to under-resourced elementary school youth in 2nd-6th grades who are currently reading below grade level.

Whiz Kids is focused on helping your child grow academically, as well as in all areas of their life. The program will consist of structured, one-to-one reading-focused tutoring through committed, stable and encouraging relationships with supportive adults.

The tutoring program will take place:
Location: Finneytown Elementary, 8850 Winton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231
Tuesdays from 3:15pm-5:30pm (if school is closed, we will not meet)
Start Date: October 3, 2023
End Date: May 14, 2024

If you choose to register your child for Whiz Kids Tutoring, the commitment to the program is for the whole school year. We request families to commit to student participation each week, that way your child will get the most benefit from Whiz Kids.
